CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION OF A RESERVED SITE
IS A FORFEIT OF THAT DEPOSIT, WITH HANDLING FEE.
NO-SHOWS OR CANCELATIONS WITHIN
48 HRS OF YOUR RESERVATION, IS A
FORFEIT OF YOUR ENTIRE STAY.

Early or late check ins/out $5.00 per hour

ELECTRIC & WATER
There is a FREE sewer dump station available for all campers after your stay. Use of dump station on arrival has a $10 usage fee.

Air Conditioning use is not included in the camping fees below, so only those who use it, pay for it. That helps us keep our basic 'electric use' camp rate lower. Thank you for your cooperation.

Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit per site is required to hold your reservation for non-holiday weekends** $80 for Holidays  with cash, check, or credit card. Checks must have time to clear and credit cards will be run at time of reservation. Cancellation  of a reserved site is a forfeit of the deposit with handling fees.  *We at Camp Maiden Rock West cannot be held responsible for weather or other related incidents, including power outages at Maiden Rock West, illness, or work schedules affecting our guests and therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. We also under unusual circumstances reserve the right to move your reserved and or requested site to a different site with out your knowledge when deemed necessary. However please know this happens rarely and only in unusual circumstances.*
