Maiden Rock West is Camping at it's Best!
We offer camping by the month, week, weekend and nightly. We also have Summer Season Sites available (contact us for details). Tired of hauling your camper everywhere you go, then be one of the lucky families that spends your summers with us from May – October. We try to be flexible with individual needs so please just ask!

Maiden Rock West is over 40 acres of beautiful tree lined meadows nestled along the Cannon River. A naturally secluded campground and recreation area, that's spacious for private gathering of groups and individuals. Our unique over sized camp sites assure you a peaceful relaxing camping experience that most other camps can't provide. We are a camp surrounded by trees with lots of wildlife, birds, flower gardens, a peaceful river. You will be touched by our tranquil beauty and never feel like you are in a tourist trap.

Camping sites include:
  • Spacious primitive sites
  • 26 Large electric sites with water and dump station. (20 & 30 Amp) Fire ring, Picnic table.
  • 24 seasonal sites, even leave your camper through the winter if you like.
  • Call for rates and availability.

Recreational activities include:
  • Disc Golf 21 baskets, plus two levels of throwing and driving Range. Large outdoor Swimming Pool with showers, Children's Playgrounds, Volleyball, Basketball, and Horseshoes, Mini-golf, Tether ball, Canoeing(bring your own canoe) and fishing.
  • Biking and hiking trails
  • Our Sakatah Bike Trail is now newly paved and widened just for our campers biking and hiking pleasure.. The beautiful old railroad bridge also got a face lift and it is gorgeous with plenty of space to toss your fish line, with great benches to put your feet up and wait for fish to bite or to sit a spell and give your bike a break when you've been riding.

  • Convenient online reservation planner. Large modern restrooms and shower facilities. Large enclosed pavilion with kitchen and dining area. Outdoor BBQ.
  • Flower gardens with plenty of quiet sitting spots to relax and enjoy the tranquility.
